The Project Assistant will support Project Coordinators and Executive Director, on projects including Smart4All
and others. Duties and tasks will include creating and revising department documents including decission papers, forms, proposals, letters, reports, memos, and other related documents. Additional activities will include filing, typing, scanning, copying, and related office tasks, preparation of content for web and social media publishing.
Key experience, skills and qualifications
Valid Driver’s license
High School or Bachelor Diploma
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
Strong Organization Skills – Attention to Detail
Superior Communication Skills
